MUXES
In the population of the Isthmus of Tehuantepec Zapotec, Juchitan, Oaxaca, Mexico, they are called muxes ('mushes') to people born with male female roles assumed in any of the social, sexual and / or staff.
People Muxe, are part of the spectrum of sexual and gender diversity of Western culture. Finding their equivalents in terms like: transvestites, transgender women and transgender women.
The Zapotecs occupied a special place in Mesoamerica as one of the oldest and most advanced civilizations. Some of the earliest examples of this continent wide architecture were designed and erected by them.

The Taliban regime that holds power in Afghanistan , strictly enforced Sharia or Islamic law code on women , which has made them victims of violence and abuse. To publicize this, the Revolutionary Association of the Women of Afghanistan (RAWA ) , has published a list of 29 prohibitions to which they are subjected . The Spanish newspaper "El Mundo" published the list reproduced here in part.

Complete ban on women's work outside of their home, which also applies to female teachers , engineers and other professionals . Only a few female doctors and nurses are allowed to work in some hospitals in Kabul.
2 .
Complete ban on activity of women outside the home unless it is accompanied by a mahram ( close male relative such as father, brother or husband).
3 .
Ban on women dealing with male shopkeepers .
4 .
Ban on women being treated by male doctors .

. Ban on women studying at schools , universities or any other educational institution (Taliban have converted girls' schools into religious seminaries.)
6 .
Requirement for women to wear a long veil ( Burqa ) , which covers them from head to toe.
7 .
Whipping , beating and verbal abuse of women not clothed in accordance with Taliban rules, or of women unaccompanied by a mahram ( her husband and guardian ) .
8. Spanking in public against women who do not hide their ankles .
9. Public stoning of women accused of having sex outside of marriage (A number of lovers are stoned to death under this rule) .

Bindi

Mursi people
The Mursi are an African tribe that is located in Debub Omo, Ethiopia, whose members are estimated to be about 9,000, who live mainly in Jinka steppes and mountains of the Omo Park in the region of Central Omo in Ethiopia. Their language, the Mursi, belongs to the Nilo-Saharan languages.
The Jalaba (council of older men of the village) are the decision makers. The Mursi like the Surma maintain ancestral traditions including the Dunga, battle-festive youth provided a long rods, in which they are victorious warriors who get the right to choose a spouse and respect for the opponents.
Surma women look embedded clay plates in their lips and ears, as well as the hairstyles are amazing ornaments like metal rings and various fabrics, The men look spectacular painted with white chalk drawings all over her body.

Bandaged foot.
is customary to apply a tight band at the feet of young girls to prevent their growth. The practice probably originated among the upper class dancers of the court in the early Song dynasty, but spread to become common practice in the upper class and the bourgeoisie. The lower classes did not practice for it prevented women from working. The bandaged feet became very popular to consider very attractive men. Even today in the Chinese city of Guangzhou, there are families who take pride in having ancestors with "lotus feet".

The Padaung
The Padaung ( ' giraffe neck women ' ) are part of the ethnic group or tribe Kayan , Karen and Karenni , one of the Tibeto -Burman ethnic minority of Burma consists of approximately 7,000 members and belong to the Shan state .
According to anthropological studies , we sense that this trinket serves to avoid bites of tigers .
