Bindi

The bindi (from Sanskrit bindu, meaning would be to 'drop', 'small particle' or 'point') is a front decorative element used in South Asia (mainly India) 1 and Southeast Asia. Traditionally, it is a red colored dot in the center of the forehead close to the eyebrows, but can also be a sign or jewel bearing what point in time.
